4.1 Account Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal request, 29x777 requires all Players to complete identity verification. This process requires submission of a clear, legible copy or photograph of a valid Pakistani CNIC. Additional documentation — such as proof of payment method ownership or source of funds — may be requested at 29x777's discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
4.2 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if the Player has not logged in or conducted any real-money transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 29x777 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to Rs 250 to dormant account balances after this period. 4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 29x777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, provided KYC has been completed, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. 13.2 Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 29x777 will endeavour to complete the investigation within ten (10) business days and communicate the outcome to the Player at the registered email address.
13.3 Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be voided where the breach involved fraud, prohibited conduct, or abuse of the platform.
13.4 Where an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons (such as Player request or platform exit from a market), all verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
